[M251] Using UART to Simulate ISO7816-3 Interface

This example code will demonstrate how to use M251 UART and CLKO to simulate a Smart Card interface based on ISO7816-3 standard, and implement operations such as activation, cold reset, warm reset, transactions, and release sequence of Smart Card. The transactions use T0 asynchronous half-duplex character transmission protocol.
