[Update code] V1.42 AP + FW source code

本次更新主要修正以下幾點


NvtFly 1.42 Aug-4-2015
Improvements over 1.4:

1) Firmware auto select Baro(ms5611/bmp280) on board(T.L. Shen) :自動檢視與使用 板上的氣壓計
2) Support 100 usec system tick(T.L. Shen) : 支持系統單位時間到100us , 增加系統效能與穩定度
3) Simplify the pwm driver for effecency(C.P. Lu)  : 增加PWM效能 增加電調(ECS)的控制穩定
4) Fly attitude stable control(T.L. Shen)  :修改 PID 參數與改變MPU6050 濾波頻率增加姿態控制穩定
        a) Update default PID
        b) Change sensor filter frequency from 188Hz to 42Hz

5) Add firmware version information :加入固件版本訊息
6) Add Board version :加入硬件版本訊息


Bug Fixes / Parameter changes:
- fix perpeller auto spin in a few minutes when user turn off remote controller and copter is under dis-arm state(T.L. Shen)
- fix MAG calbration QC error(T.L. Shen)
